Our shipping options are all priced on a flat-rate shipping cost. This means that whether you order a single chair for your office or furniture for your whole home, your shipping rate remains the same. As always, your furniture will be set up in the room of your choice at no cost.

If your address is within 50km of our showroom & warehouse, our white glove delivery cost is $129. Please see below for more options:

Delivery Time
As every order is custom made for you, we require 12-14 business days to manufacture your order. After it is manufactured, we will contact you and send you detailed pictures of your order for approval. When approved, your item will be shipped out within 2 business days.
Delivery Day
Leading up to your delivery day, our delivery service will contact you to arrange a window of time that you can expect your order to arrive in. Please carefully measure your doorframes and hallways to determine the best pathway for your furniture to be delivered to the room of your choice. If we are unable to get the furniture into your home and room of choice, you will be responsible for the furniture. When set up, please carefully check your furniture and sign your item as received. Your warranty will be active from your delivery day.
Returns
We take steps to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your furniture. From the beginning phase of choosing your upholstery selection and style, to the approval of your furniture before it is shipped to you. If you are not satisfied your product, please contact us and we can work together to find a solution that works for you. As each item of furniture is custom made, we unfortunately do not offer returns.
Order Changes or Cancellations
If you change your mind about any aspect of your order, we understand. As long as your order has not been placed into production, changes to the leather or fabric selection as well as style can be made. If you cancel your order before production, you will receive a full refund. We unfortunately are not able cancel orders that are already in production.
